Chris Pannacciulli

Assistant Treasurer

Chris Pannacciulli is a Senior Director at Western Alliance Bank, where he is a leader in the national Aerospace, Defense & Government Services (AD&G) commercial banking group. With nearly three decades of banking experience, Chris joined the organization in 2024 to build and expand the bank’s AD&G footprint across the United States.

He provides strategic guidance and delivers tailored financial solutions that address the specialized needs of industry clients. His areas of expertise include credit structuring for acquisitions, working capital, international trade, equipment financing, and recapitalizations, along with designing optimized corporate treasury management frameworks.

Chris holds a B.S. in Finance and an M.B.A. in Finance from Rutgers University’s School of Business. He remains active in numerous national and regional AD&G industry organizations, contributing to thought leadership and supporting the broader aerospace, defense and government contracting ecosystem.
