Chris Pannacciulli is Managing Director and Head of Aerospace & Defense Commercial Banking at BMO Bank, where he leads U.S. commercial banking strategy and industry coverage for the aerospace and defense sector. With nearly three decades of banking experience, he advises companies across the aerospace, defense, space and government contracting ecosystem on growth and financial objectives.

Chris provides tailored financial solutions for industry clients, with expertise in acquisition financing, working capital, global capital markets, international trade, equipment financing, recapitalizations and corporate treasury management.

He holds a B.S. and M.B.A. in Finance from Rutgers University’s School of Business. Chris remains active in national and regional aerospace and defense organizations, contributing to industry thought leadership and supporting the broader aerospace, defense and government contracting community.
