Ms. Marinello became an Executive Vice President of Loar Group January 1st, 2022. In this role, she is responsible for multiple business units within the Group, creating growth opportunities through customer partnerships and strategic development opportunities for the Loar Group portfolio.
Prior to that, Ms. Marinello was President of TA Aerospace from August 2017 to December 2021. Carol led the company through the transition from the top performing Esterline business to a top performing TransDigm business. She restructured the team and led them to significantly exceed all prior operational and financial results, year-over-year. Before joining Esterline, Carol led her consulting firm, CJMarinello & Associates, delivering business optimization strategies. She was Operating Partner at JCP Stonecreek, an Aerospace & Defense Investment Group.
Ms. Marinello has spent the majority of her career in Aerospace and Defense, however in 2015, Ms. Marinello was recruited to be the first Chief Operating Officer of WET, famous for iconic features such as the Fountains at Bellagio and the Dubai Burj Khalifa Water Complex. In this role, Carol was able to blend her love for art and design with her expertise in technology innovation and manufacturing.
In 2013, Ms. Marinello was recruited to be President of two Cavotec companies, as well as Board President and Director of several Cavotec entities. At Cavotec, she developed and implemented a strategy to integrate and relocate Inet and Dabico U.S., who provided Airport Ground Support Equipment for both commercial and defense sectors. While addressing legacy organizational and design issues, Carol also increased sales. Her integrated market approach resulted in growing sales at Inet by 70% and Dabico US by 17% in 2013, over the prior year.
Carol was chosen to run these organizations due to her expertise in leading businesses in transition, creating profitable solutions and identifying growth opportunities. Earlier in her career, she gained her operational management and financial literacy at companies such as BAE Systems and Northrop Grumman. Her leadership teams consistently deliver growth in top-line revenue and bottom-line results.

Carol accredits much of her success to her ability to motivate people and create commitment to a common purpose that drives value. Building a healthy culture and vision of growth for an organization, then implementing a strategic action plan is her forte. She holds a BS in Computer Science, a BA in Art, a minor in Economics and a Certificate in Human & Organization Behavior. Ms. Marinello’s non-profit activities are very important to her. She served as Chairman of the Board of the Bob Hope USO from 2014 to 2017, a Director on the Board of Goodwill of Ventura and Santa Barbara counties in 2017 – 2018, and she has served on the Board of Women in Defense, Greater LA Chapter since 2013 and as President in 2018.
